He is just annoyed with the stupid questions. They obviously wanted to make a film "Meyer stranded and helpless", and he was not amused.

I know exactly what you mean,i thought reporters and the press are only dumb and annoying in america and canada and would just do anything to get ratings...but seems the stupidity also runs all the way to germany..its amazing how could they possibly ask so many dumb fock questions..even worse how they can still maintain a job?

Sad to see how the media has turned into some sort of hollywood cheezee reality show all over the world instead of informing people and keeping everyone up-2-date..

You can't expect quality, especially in this case. The interview was made for DSF, the "Deutsches Sportfernsehen", but it better translates to "Deutsches Scheissfernsehen" (German Shit TV). They are (in-)famous for their call-in quiz shows, where a stripper drops her bikini when you answer questions like "the name of an animal, beginning with B". An impression: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICXww9D3Kds&feature=related
This is followed by commercials for sex hotlines all night long. Not Meyer's level.

Finally a ref that understands football, what a loser that tamas guy is...get out and dont come back!

Heimie could have saved that shot by zidan if only he was a step or two deeper inside the box, damn damn..just when we had managed to stabilize the game..once again a heartbreaker!

I hope colautti can score 1 or 2 for us today:)

The Dortmund fans are such idiots! Tony Jantschke gets brutally ellbowed ... and when he's carried off the pitch consciousnessly, they chant "Auf Wiedersehn".

I can't explain the dirty game of the BVB players and don't wonder that they got a player sent off.

We played a tactically brillant first half in a 3:3:3:1 system and don't deserve to be down 0:1 (the same shit like against Leverkusen) ... but well, if you're on the bottom, you have nothing than bad luck. Let's hope we can take advantage of our numerical superiority after the interval (with Colautti in for Jantschke now).

Gute Besserung, Tony.

He'll be out for quite a bit then. Happened to Brian Mcbride a few times--and he noted that it didn't hurt as much as it used to because "my cheeks are both plastic now and all the nerves are shot".

Yup..they have played pretty dirty on the pitch today...where is Baumi?? he should come in to add some speed for us:confused:

So slow on defense.....soooooooo retarded, horrible to go down against a man-short dortmund :("

Well, this incredibly bad 2nd half (simply shocking after the good first 45 mins) in numerical superiority has shown why we're the bottom team. Colautti, Friend, Matmour, Marin (was he still on the pitch?) and Baumjohann - you simply can't field more offensive players ... nevertheless, we didn't manage to put them under real pressure. Our passing got worse from minute to minute (we played only kick & rush during the last 15 minutes) and lost all duels. Simply bad! Was it maybe the shock after the Jantschke incident?

Our defence proved its weakness in the 0:2 scene ... and the fact that the opponent scored 2 goals out of 1.5 chances, is typical once again for us. Simply frustrating!!!

At least Jojo van den Bergh scored a great goal (his first one). Congrats!

Now we're going into the winter break (Hans will have A LOT to improve) as the bottom team and can only hope that our opponents won't win their games tomorrow. :(

To be honest, I wonder that Hans doesn't criticize the players for this bad 2nd half. They'd definitely deserve it!

Bonne nuit.

@ Luckie

Any news about Tony?

After decades of playing/watching football i have to admit this,I have never felt like this for a COACH! I really feel for HANS MEYER...Yes his getting payed well but the guy really gots his work cut out for him...and he deserves way better than this!

This team just seems like impossible at the moment, yes we have had some mini bursts and sparks of hope here and there but that may apply to any team and its no gauge to evaluate a bundesliga outfit!

We are weak and sub-standard in all areas of the field...and looking at the stats a team that is rock bottom at the end of the winter break...might very well get relegated:(

We placed all our offensive players on the field today ( not that one game is enough to come to a conclusion) and we still didnt play at the bundesliga level!
And our D-LINE is a whole different story in itself and no point to even dig into it!

Hope you guys have a nice weekend regardless:)

cheers
Naz

I didn't understand, what happened to Tony??
I haven't seen the game, but a friend of mine that saw the game told me that the first half was actually quit good, but the second half was terrible...Now we have a long time to rest and get some new players.

The players arrived in Israel, and I'm very excited about tomorrow...Good thing that they have personal guides, I'm sure Alberman and Colautti will take them to the best clubs in Tel Aviv ;)

Here is the players training in Ramat Gan stadium tonight.
