if you are in USA V.7, you are pretty much screwed for the season. That's a competitive division, and its quite obvious that a new team can match passable midfield or magnificent attack (6th and 7th place teams).

Instead of being so pessimistic though, you should try to get guys with high playmaking with excellent stamina. scoring and winger skills doesn't matter at all so dont make the mistake of getting playmakers with good scoring ability (eg my roommate).
