If he doesn't sell you might wanna get his stamina up, that would be an attractive addition to a player like that. If he had excellent stamina I would look at him myself.
Give him stamina in the offseason! He's 1/7 of the way towards excellent playmaking.

how did he turn out?
I ended up losing a bit on the transaction. I had bought the guy to play in my league game that night. Didn't quite work out the way I wanted it to. I immediately put him on the TL. With the 10 docs I already had on staff he was a +2 by the time his auction was over.
