What I heard is that France is accusing the Portugal under 21's of not taking a drug test after their most recent game....of course France lost to Portugal in that game  and we all know the French are unbiased in these sorts of things.

Just a smal point of clarification, the Portugese Federation refused to subject any of their players to the dope test by the French officials. C-Ron and Postiga aren't the ones who refused, it was their Federation.

From Rednews.co.uk:

The Portuguese argued that the French were outside their jurisdiction by asking for samples from their players. Uefa have also said that they did not recognise the proposed tests. The French Ministry of Sport may now take the matter up with Fifa.'

The full Portuguese F. version is :

5 minutes before the end of the match the french anounced they wanted a drug test. The Portuguese accepted under the condition that samples would be taken by the UEFA oficial to UEFA headquarters (thus not giving the french full control over the test). The UEFA oficial refused the request and so after much delay the Portuguese team left the stadium.

There is a problem with the French law however, that prohibits all drug testing refusals ( no matter what is the reason). So although FIFA might agree with the Portuguese position, a french court might not.

Who knows how it will finish.

Ronaldo did have a fantastic game though.
