This episode has been on Hulu for a week now. It was hilarious! I won't talk about anything in it until the episode aired on NBC though.

You know, Dot Com and Griz are incredibly underappreciated.

Also, did anyone notice the picture of Jack with Kim Jong Il behind his desk?

I don't recall seeing Josh in the episode. Is he no longer on the show or did he simply not appear in the season premiere?

I looked on Lenny Ross' IMDb and he has several "credits only" entries (as in, credited, but did not appear in), so it doesn't seem unusual for him to go unseen.

he was a huge part at the beginning but has been whittled away each episode (or at least that's what it appears to me). I netflixed the first season about two months, having not seen it all, and I was shocked how much he was in the early episodes since he's pretty much a bit player now.
I guess it makes sense -- in the beginning they were trying everything to see what they had and they can't feature everybody. somebody was bound to have their part diminished. too bad -- he's funny, but so is everybody else on that show so I don't know who else you'd cut down.

BTW, Josh is very clearly a spoof on Jimmy Fallon, yes? The hair, the youth, the awkwardness, the contract negotiation. Which makes me wonder if Fey and Fallon are on good terms.

yeah, but josh seems to be talented, so it can't be a ripoff of Fallon.

Yeah, the season premier was a bit of a let down, so I was a bit worried. Happy to say, it's back.

Also, for fans of Kenneth/Jack McBrayer:

I watched this show for the first time on a flight from Chicago yesterday. It was pretty funny -- absurdist but relevant.

One question though, does Alec Baldwin always look like he is constipated? He did the entire time in "The Departed" and looked that way in the entire episode I watched.

Really only 17 posts in here? I've thought this season has been fantastic. I don't know why there isn't more attention given. Tracy Morgan has been great.

Jack had a great scene before the elevator: "Do I have a Black thing?" and "Do like a Chinese gymnast!" :D

For me personally, I don't have a lot to say because I simply don't have many complaints. I was wary about the stunt casting - Jennifer Aniston! Steve Martin! Annoying lady from Will and Grace! - but they haven't disrupted the ecosystem at all. The Oprah thing was played perfectly, and it's nice to see Steve Martin doing the manic thing again. I think my only complaint is that the supporting cast hasn't gotten quite enough play, but that's really minor.
