Many people may laugh but my favourite is Alan Shearer. Hes in his late 30s and still manages to keep scoring in the prem and is one of the competers for highest goal scorer.He isn't one of these super starts either, if you know hwat i mean and i am not saying players like Carlos, Zidane and many others are rubbish cos they're oviusly not.Shearer is a living legend yet he hardly has any silver ware. Thats why i feel so sorry for Newcastle whenever they get knocked out the f.a cup. He has had a good England career and i personally believe he shouldn't have retired from internattional football as early as he did. But he still had was one of the most footballers in Britain when Newcastle bought him for £15m. Give this guy a medal. PLEASE!

Ronaldo is my favorite player..hes just sick (so is henry). He got injured unfortunetly but i hope he gets back! and if you think hes fat then your biggest DUmb *** ever! lol

I think my two favorites are Luis Saha (loved him when he was on Fulham as well) because he's got great moves, a killer shot, and contributes to a team effort...

Probably my favorite player to watch is Jan Koller of Borussia Dortmund. He rarely does anything completely spectacular, but he's a tall bald guy (like myself) who does some amazing flick-ons and fools the defense into thinking he's harmless and then pulls a slick move and stuffs it into the back of the net. That, and he's not CONSTANTLY injured like so many of the top stars.

To me the best player in the world has to be Nedved. This guy did everything for Juve. Without him they would have won the championship and got so far in the Champions league. When he missed the final they lost. I also think that Henry, Zidane, Tomasson, Poborsky, Kaka, Raul and Seedorf. For those people that think that Ronaldo is the best...you must be messed up. Seriously look at this fat bastered...sure he still scores, but he's no longer what he used to be. NEDVED all the way!

man you're messed up. Nedved never was good as the top players such as beckham zidane figo henry raul or ronaldo. Nedved is a good player but not as good as any of the players above.

Also ronaldo is not fat. His bigger than he used to be but he still is not fat. His still sick...i saw everysingle goal he scored this year...they are unbeliveable.. hes still the best player in the world.
