Will Green play? What was the injury that made him leave the England squad? Was it that he just doesnt get on with Ray Clemence? Will Bellamy play?
They are above us in the table, so how many can we expect to beat them by?

A sore knee saw goalkeeper Robert Green withdraw from the England squad before it travelled to Belarus but he is expected to be fit for Sunday.
Wasn't anything but a sore knee so I think he'll play. Look forward to beating another Londoner's team. :D

Cole with the "chance of the match" ... to bad it was Cole with the "chance of the match" and not Bellamy.

Sounds like Illunga is lucky to still be on the pitch.

Observation: Cole is playing crap (probably gonna score a blinder)
Prediction: Lots of great passing and possession before we get killed by a sucker punch

Before I bugger off down the pub, I'd like to observe that we are playing beautiful football under Zola

Game not being televised here but from Soccernet it doesnt look like the Hammers have come out after halftime. But the good news is Gareth Bale got a red card after 17 minutes and Stoke are 1-0 up.

Got a decent stream of the game from Sentata.
Hull played us well, they were happy to concede possesion for periods of time. I can see how they get results. They defend resolutely, and scored from a cross and header, bread and butter stuff, which we sadly were not a match for.
We were OK, but not good. We still lack cohesion. We came close, should have scored, CC hit the bar from some good work from Behrami, who was probably our best player IMV. In fact CC played well all game for me. For the goal we had someone on the far post defending the line (I think it was Ethers but my stream wasn't that good) who should have stopped the goal, or at least tried to, the defence and Green thought so also judging from their reactions.
Apparantly that was Hulls biggest ever gate, only slightly beaten by an England U21 game staged at the KC Stadium, although Police restrictions apply for Premiership games. It is an indicator of our performance that I would even mention such a stat.:(

Haven't seen the whole game because of work. However we really outplayed Hull for much of the match. I'm just not sure our 4-3-3 is the right formation for every game.
I thought Behrami and Cole were excellent. Bellamy will get sharper with games. Disappointing though, the defending for the goal was bad. Turner came in from deep and pretty much got a free header.
We must take our chances we created enough to have 4 from what i saw.

We hit the bar, had a goal (rightly according to the rules) disallowed and Ilunga missed a free header. We easily done enough to get at least a point from the game but we need to start taking these chances otherwise we have many more 1-0 defeats ahead of us.
To see us play well for so long and then on only one instance stand still and watch them score is disappointing. We had plenty bodies in the box but nowhere near enough concentration and preparation for the set piece. Upson didn't track Turner's run well enough, hence he was outjumped. Ethers stood and watch the ball fly past him and Green stood and watch Ethers. One moment of lethargy has lost us the game.

I thought Ethers and Bellamy looked confused as to what their roles were in yesterdays game. Otherwise we played beautiful football and dominated. I fear that under Zola, unless we find a cutting edge, we're gonna turn into the beautiful losers we have so often been in the past
