I mean, seriously, is there a less funny, less talented "comedian" out there?

A co-worker and I have been discussing this a lot lately. Neither of us can figure out how this guy gets such high-exposure work.

His show is top quality. One of the funniest shows on tv right now and one of the funnest to watch.

Yeah, he has great guests but I've even found myself laughing at more and more of his jokes (when he can actually spit them out).

I couldn't possibly agree more if I tried. He's a no-talent hack.

I love Colin & "Tough Crowd", though I've wondered how the show plays outside of the NYC area...most of that show is so inside that I can't imagine the same people that laugh at South Park, Reno 911, etc. actually get whats going on.

I like the show. I don't like Colin.

I'm kind of that way, too. Colin doesn't do much for me, but the guests are often quite funny.

Greg Giradelo (sp?) is probably the funniest regular they have. He is also the smartest he went to Harvard and Columbia law school (or the other way around, can't remember).

That said I only really watch it because I am killing time between the Daily Show (the best show on TV) and Conan.

That's one freaky looking man there.

I bet Paul Merton, Bill Bailey and Rich Hall are funnier.

What I still can't believe is how Colin Quinn stole Weekend Update on SNL from Norm Macdonald, one of the funniest guys ever(I have seen this stan hooper crap, not norm at his best)

Quinn didn't steal it, Norm got fired for reasons that are still a little unclear.

I didnt mean he literally stole it himself. The president of NBC said that Norm wasnt funny(Its also been heavily rumored that Macdonald has a gambling problem, which may be another cause). That is a slap in the face considering that Quinn(who isnt totally bad, but cannot even come close to Norm) gets the job. That automatically turned me off to him. I just have never been able to get over that.

Not too unclear according to Norm. He constantly ripped on OJ in the mid-90s and a high-up at NBC (Littlefield?) was good friends with OJ. Also, Norm didn't like doing any sketches besides Weekend Update so they figured they could replace him with no-talent Colin Quinn. My god does Quinn have ZERO timing for a comedian or what? The crowd got to the punchline before he did.
