I think it was only an empty threat to show the Belgian league that it would be an error to divide itself, but were it ever to come down to serious matters.... I would not have any problem with it joining L1.

Of course, I dont' know why it would do so, because instead of being the biggest fish in its pond, it would become a... middle of the pack in a... lake.

Liege is quality, they could take a couple points off lyon, bring em back to earth. It may make the league a bit more competitive.

Even though it's never going to happen.
