Thanks guys for posting hoffenheim articles and photos ! :)

It ( the arena ) is better looking from the inside than out, that's for sure.

Other news is that, the selling of the tickets are doing very well:

Located in nearby Sinsheim, the 30,000-seat Rhein-Neckar arena, which can be reduced to 27,500 seats for international fixtures, will be the surprise leaders' home ground with all 20,000 season tickets already sold out.Vorsah plays for his national team,

TSG Hoffenheim's Isaac Vorsah and Auxerre's Moussa Narry were both temporarily suspended by the Serbian trainer national team for refusing to honour previous invitations have been recalled for the clash in Cairo.http://estaticos02.marca.com/imagenes/2009/01/24/futbol/futbol_internacional/1232797953_0.jpg

Get well soon Vedo !

And you can have money and not win shit if you don't have competent people running your club.

You want to dispute that fact? I've got two words for you.

MANCHESTER CITY!

BTW, TOLH, it isn't as if your club is exactly "poor" either........

What has happened to my club (BVB) over the past ten years is the perfect example of what happens to a club with lots of money, but no competence in management!

So many want to just talk money when it comes to Hoffenheim, but not many want to give them credit for being competent in their spending and building either.

They're not just spending to be successful.

Sure, it's a huge part of it, but it's not all of it........

Hoffenheim signed a new striker: Kai Herdling (source: kicker) (http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/bundesliga/startseite/artikel/503498/)

He played already at Hoffenheim from 2002-2008, should know the system, scored this season 10 goals in 14 matches for Walfhof Mannheim (4th league)
and should bring the club more options in offense after Ibisevics injury.

An interview with Francesco Copado, who left Hoffenheim this winter
to Unterhaching. He speaks positive about the club itself, but not about the village:

edit: Ups, one sentence incomplete.

Dude, I don't think many of those guys actually live in Hoffenheim or Sinsheim, so how can they say anything about the village??

I think most of them live in the Heidelberg-Walldorf-St. Leon/Rot area.

BTW, it was cool to see Copado play and score in his last match for Hoffenheim during the stadium opening test match.

Not many players had more to do with Hoffenheim's quick rise than Francisco Copado.

I was hoping 1860 would pick him up to help them out, but I guess it is "right" that Copado go back to where he made his name. Unterhaching.

I hope he can score the goals to get them back in the 2nd Bundesliga for next season.

Thanks for the info EE.

I think Herdling is just cover should Wellington, Ba or Obasi get hurt or suspended.

That's a far cry from Niklas Bendtner, isn't it? LOL!! :D

Okay. The transfer does not sound wrong. Rangnick has said that Wellington will be a Hoffenheim player, and he will get a chance.

He said he wants to play a 4-3-3, but will change it to a 4-4-2. It has to be Ba and Wellington next saturday, because one forward (Demba Ba) is not enough.

Well from what I gathered the person thought that it was some sort of miracle the way Hoffenheim has made it here, when in reality, its not.

i was just able to get a pachuca forum, so maybe if everyone continures to come to this thread we can get a 1899 one to

don't think we really need one right now. We have a few people who follow the club and the thread does the job.

I hate looking at the USL forums now, as nearly every club has a sub-forum.

Yeah, we have discussed that on other threads as well. Having a thread instead of a sub-forum has the advantage, that more people who support other clubs drop by and contribute. I kinda like that about the Germany forums. We're a friendly and open bunch who don't just stick to their own little world (except for some Bayern fans maybe :p)

Well, why not ?

I mean the club polarizes, a Hoffenheim-transfer-thread would be nice...And we could post articles and photos . :D

We post that stuff now. Forum would be bad, trust me. I don't want to have to look at a different forum for every team I want to follow. Thread plus an occassional breaking news thread if needed, and that should be linked to here.

I might not post in the threads often but I read all of them.

I'm hip, I'm down, I'm cool. :D
