Parnaby, Ehiogu, Christie and Riggott all made there come back tonight....
Riggott and Christie got on the scoresheet as Boro reserves beat Leeds 5-0. Danny Graham also got a hat-trick.
Parnaby had to go off though with a knee injury :( and Danny Graham got hurt too.

Went to the game yesterday, Ehiogu simply cannot hack it at the heart of our defence anymore. Riggott and Southgate have to be our number 1 defensive partnership. Doriva's goal was quality, great way to score your first professional goal for Boro and although Job was scored, he was lazy and off the pace the whole game.

I disagree about Ugo. He has been out for so long he was bound to be rusty. You can't come back from a bad injury and expect to play world class, even though it was against lesser opposition.
I would say that Riggott and Southgate are the no1 partnership but when Gareth retires it should be Ugo and Riggott.
As for Job. He looks like this every game. But he always scores. Its annoying, but if he is putting them in the back of the net - you can't complain.
Also is it true that Celtic are after him? Doesn't he know what it did to Juninho's career?

Ehiogu is always awful, he felt he deserved a place in the England Euro 2004 squad and as a Boro season ticket holder and i go to a lot of away games too i have seen Ehiogu a lot and he was the same last season, slow, injury prone and has no skill what so ever.
Celtic want Job yes but McClaren wont sell him.

We will see, I suppose the fact Gareth, Coops and Riggott have done such a good job - he is bound to look bad.
Also on the defensive front, it appears Andrew Davies has been loaned out to QPR. I just hope he can live up to his potential too. Suffered a really bad injury but was thrown in a few games where it all went wrong for us. Notably Villa and Leeds at home a few seasons back (2-5 and 2-3 I think.) So many were left with the impression that he wasn't very good.
Wish him all the best.

Big match tomorrow. If Boro's gonna pull off 4th place, you'd think they need to beat Everton.
