If you have any unused season tickets, you can donate them to United for DC and the Kicks for Kids program will use them to let little kids in to see a game. It's tax deductible, so if you have any unused tickets lying around you at least get some use out of them. Plus kids get to see a professional soccer match - or at least a DC United match.

Here's where to send your tickets:

Sara R. Peterson
Executive Director, United for D.C.
c/o RFK Stadium
2400 East Capitol Street S.E.
Washington D.C. 20003

Or you have kids that have soccer games on weekends now, or a job that you can't get away to go to weeknight games, and you don't want tickets to go to waste.

Thanks for the info, Funkfoot.

Yeah, that must be it.

Or maybe we buy more tickets than we end up using.

just to clarify, would this work for the one game ticket that I missed (and didn't give away to friends)? its from a past game...

Yeah, I agree with HBR. What kind of fair-weather fan only has 4 season tickets for at least the last 5 years (probably longer, but I didn't know you back then). Bringing your wife and 2 kids to countless games in all kinds of temperatures - freezing in germantown, sweating against Chivas last year, floating away against Houston; attending games on many school nights, right after kids games/practices, etc.

Bruce - you do sound like a total weenie. Then, again looking at the source of a guy who's never been in the barra calling you out. Borders on ridiculous. Hold it, he's seen us on TV. ok - seems equivalent. JEEEESH!

Does this work for FlexPlan tickets too?

Thanks, funkfoot.

Does the same apply for unused parking passes? I either got extras or I missed two of the special games and ended up with extra parking passes.

Anyway, I'm a DC United fan and I approve this message.
