According to the FIFA Laws of the Game, if a match is abandoned, it has to be replayed (unless the competition rules state otherwise).
What happens for Concacaf World Cup Qualifying? Do they have a separate corollary to the main rule?
I ask because since the US is playing Cuba and there's always the possibility that there will be defections.
Also, what about if it happens during the Gold Cup?

the game goes to the full team (more that 7players) that shows up
the score for the record is 3-0
do not worry...it wont happen
cubans are proud and will face off

I agree. Any Cuban players who want to defect will also want to show their talent on the field before slipping out the door.

Been a while since I ref'd, but I don't think you need to worry about it. If one side doesn't have enough players to field a team, the match isn't abandoned; it's forfeited.

This is stupid. USA has played Cuba many times over the past couple years and there has never been a major problem with defections. Why bring this up?
Also what's with the Gold cup jab? Obviously you don't follow our team much because USA has played Cuba in three consecutive Gold Cups (2002, 2003, 2005) without any major incident...
