Tailgate-A big tailgate requires many many hands and we need them. All volunteers get to eat and drink for free (yes, you can drink on the job!) Areas we need help:

Set up/tear down-We have tents, grills, tables, chairs, buffet table etc that needs to be put up 2 hrs in advance and then packed away 1/2 an hr before kick off.

Buffet table-We need people to help refresh sides, desserts and keep an eye on the warming trays and let the grill team know what we're low on. You may also need to slice up pizza, onions and heat up items in the microwave.

Grill team-This is not your backyard bbq. You will be working in a fastpaced environment cooking for 500-700 people (if you have restaurant or catering experience, awesome). Must be able to take direction and understand safe food handling. We'll be cooking chicken, sausages, dogs and burgers and grilled pizza.

Drinks tent-help hand out soda, water, mixed drinks and beer (we have kegs with pitchers). We do check for 21+

If you can help, send an email to Thea@screaming-eagles.com and let her know the area you're interested in (if you're not an SE, let her know that too). She'll give you more details (or ask) and what time we need you to arrive and who you should report to.

TIFO If you're bringing stuff (large flags, flags on poles) or if you would like to help make items, please contact Tim at tifo@screaming-eagles.com US Soccer is only letting us in at a designated time and you won't be able to bring stuff through the gates so give Tim a yell.

Thanks!

If you would like to help us gather up our chairs that would be awesome (we have a little over 100 fold up camp chairs).
