How many of you think that the Montreal impact will finish 1st or at least advance to the next round in the CONCACAF champions league.
Results: Montreal 2:0 Joe Public
Montreal 0:0 Atlante FC

You guys have been a joy to watch so far. Seeing as the MLS teams have been a huge embarassment so far, it is awesome to see you guys and the Islanders doing so well. I don't know if you guys will finish first, but I definitely think you will advance. I think it will come down to game 6 in Cancun to decide 1st and 2nd. I also think the Islanders will advance, maybe finish 1st in their group. I'll be rooting for you guys all the way. It would be amazing to see a USL side in the Club World Cup.

I think our playoff series against Vancouver might dictate our momentum going into T&T.
If we get a win down there (we looked much better than JP in Montreal), then we're virtually in, although another point (v Olimpia or @ Atlante) would seal it.
That being said, we've been playing very good soccer (except the Esteli series) in the CCL so far.

Ok.... assuming that Atlante beats out the last 2 games by 6 more goals than we lose ours. Cause thats our GD at this point. So I very much doubt even if that exact scenario plays out, 3-0 against JP and Montreal is not happening especially if Montreal knows it needs the goals.

Now the USL-1 season is over for them, the Impact will have more of a chance to focus on getting the points needed to secure a berth...

Yeah my bad, I looked up the rules and it goes first to direct results first. Thus if we lost to Atlante, which they would need to bump us out, they would have won since on aggregate they would get more points. So basically hope we beat JP and Atlante beats Olimpia this week so we are assured a spot. Then we can focus on..... oh wait.... we lost in those.... :(
