If Bradley has any common sense, spend the next couple of matches capping everyone that any Euro team is considering poaching.
I got a feeling it's Renken he'll call up, but who knows?

He said surprise not that pigs are flying, a 14 year old is not getting called into a qualifier. My hope is that the surprise is Subotic, realistically I am thinking Jerimiah White, possibly Torres.

Are people being serious with Renken? isn't he 15?

KENNY COOPER!
the world would truely turn upside down in that case. I could see Jeremiah White also he's on a tear in Denmark, and Charlie Davies in Sweden. Subotic is the one that goes without saying. Torres would certainly be interesting

Wow that's pretty cool, unfortunatly he plays a position that isn't a big need but having a talent like him is never a bad thing. Can't wait to see him play!

i guess we have different opinions on the matter. But i think we can agree on one thing, this will hopefully phase out Eddie Lewis. Behind Beasley we have an old guy....and a bunch of relative newbies that can claim soon in Rodgers, Holden, Alvarez, and such. But hey a little depth never hurt anyone, hopefully it gives Beasley some real....now... competition.
Happy to have him with us thats for sure, ive seen him play one game hes got pace and a good cross, and hell he can even play forward apparently. Id say thats useful.
Hope Torres puts in a couple for us against Cuba!

Yeah this is great news, I wonder what Mexico thinks of Orozco and Torres playing for us, we're finally starting to win some of these player battles.

The link is updated with quotes, its discussed in fact
On influence from Michael Orozco, another U.S.-Mexican player.....
"We stayed in contact often. We talked recently and he asked me if I was going to the U.S. and I told him I was going. He told me he was going too [to training camp]. We both made the same choice and I think it's a good choice."
ask and ye shall receive :D
I guess that adds Orozco to the group as well then

Too bad we couldn't get Edgar Castillo too.

indeed.....I think we could have found him to be quite useful to say the least out at left back.

While I'm all for Torres playing on the team, we wouldn't want a team full of Mexicans either. But it is good to see we have a couple of American-born Mexies deciding to play for us. It will only help the sport grow, and our team is really starting to resemble America itself...one big melting pot. :)
