Possibly one of the best written shows on TV is back. Perhaps Duchovny wasn't acting, based on his personal life. Love this show.

Of course Duchovny wasn't acting - he can't act.

Great show and great to have it back. I was hooked on the episode up until the run-in with the cop. When he decided to do his best Dorothy Hamill impression and whack Hank in the balls, I cringed a little. I mean, c'mon, is a copy really going to act like that? Still, great episode and great show.

In LA? Yep. Just ask Rodney King and any number of other people. The cop was way out of line.

Geat season opener. A number of hysterically funny one liners. The chick chasing after Duchovny nude was great. Bet she was pissed because she wanted him to errr.... continue.
Funny with the nurse too. You have a nice penis. Call me in a couple of days.
Nice opening with the song California Dreaming.
I've already watched the first two episodes as they were on my On Demand menu before last night's season 2 opener.

Just based on the first episode & what they showed of the second, I can't imagine that they'll make it back to NYC anytime soon.

Too bad Californication isn't offered in HD on demand.

Michelle Lombardo sure did a great job on the red, white and blue Popsicle.

This season has been outstanding, arguably better than Season One. Hank Moody has become one of the great TV characters of the past 10 years.
Sunday's episode was hilarious. "Did you hurt her?"

For those who didn't watch it. Hank had sex with his daughters teacher who is also the mom of his daughters boyfriend. She was also having her period and had not trimed her bush. Hank came downstairs nude and there was the boy eating in the kitchen. Next week looks awesome too.
Cokiesmurf is out of control. No doubt Charlie bangs the porn actress.
Why didn't Charlie call the police. That porn producer is such a sleazeball.

I will say that Hank is scoring chicks at a higher percentage than James Bond. Duchvony is good looking, but no guy has that kind of batting average. Yeah, I'm envious. I can't watch the show with my wife because she claims I identify to much with him.

One episode left. It's been a good season, though the last few episodes were ok, then it got considerably more interesting with Cokie Smurf and the porn actress had their cat fight and then Ashby may have bought the farm.
How smokin hot is Ashby's old flame. Wow!

I thought this season has been fantastic. I wish there was more to the Mia/book thing although they did bring that up last episode. I really want next season for it to be revealed she stole it, gets arrested, then gets shivved in prison and dies. Yeah, I'm spiteful.
Alberto, you're right about his BA. Moody's hitting .1000, isn't he? My fave is still the chick from the grocery store who stole his stuff and returned it. Niiiice.

The season finale has some great moments and great lines.
It really finishes the season off well but sets up all sorts of avenues to explore for the next season.

I also could not wait and watched it last night on demand. A hell of an episode and boy was Ashby packing or what!

You won't be disappointed she makes a cameo appearance at the end of the episode. I think I'll take up roller blading in Venice Beach.
