Galaxy Needs Donovan and Lewis on October 12

Dear Mr. Bob Bradley,

I'm a regular at Bigsoccer but have never started a thread. This is my first one. And I'm writing to you to request that Donovan and Lewis not be called up for the Cuba game this October 11 as we have virtually qualified for the final round.

The Galaxy however is a hair away from not making the playoffs for third consecutive year. We (LA) need our best players to try to make the playoffs. We have suffered enough humiliation.

I don't know what else to say. Thank you for your consideration.

I think Donovan and Lewis are integral to the US team. I think Buddle should be rewarded for his goal-scoring record this year. I also think Franklin should receive a call-up.

anyone thinmg donovan playing oct 12 would mean they really make the play-offs...

they might win that match, but they play at columbus and at houston, and i don't like their chances at either venue
