Invaincu depuis onze journées, le Tours FC comptait bien jouer jusqu'au bout son rôle d'outsider dans la course à la montée, mais l'US Boulogne CO placé au pied du podium ne comptait pas se laisser faire. Les visiteurs se montraient dangereux par Perrinelle et Ramaré en première période. Juste avant la pause, Boulogne ouvrait le score sur un penalty de Thil pour son seizième but de la saison (0-1, 45e+1). En à peine cinq minutes, les joueurs du Tours FC retournaient totalement la situation. Dos Santos égalisait (1-1, 55e) puis doublait la mise en deux minutes (2-1, 57e). Juste à l'heure de jeu, Giroud inscrivait même un troisième but sur penalty (3-1, 61e). Les Tourangeaux parvenaient à contre les dernières velléités offensives de Boulogne et empochaient les trois points. Le Tours FC passe à la quatrième place et rate le podium pour un petit but. Boulogne de son côté recule à la cinquième place.

I'm wondering if anyone could offer an opinion on Olivier Giroud of Tours. I appreciate that he plays in Ligue 2 and this is a Ligue 1 thread but I wasn't sure where else to put it and didn't want to open a new thread on the subject.

My club, Celtic, are rumoured to be lining up a move for him in January. The price is speculated to be around the £2mill mark.

Olivier Giroud is a GREAT foward tours fc bought him in 2009 of this year he was a player from Grenoble who never play too much before being loaned to Fc Istres where tours fc took notice of Olivier Giroud now hes the top goal goal scorer in ligue 2 Oliver Giroud i hope he signs with psg he would be a great player
