The Lighthouse Soccer Foundation is working to establish a 'Support Soccer' specialty license plate to provide funding to promote the sport of soccer in Florida. In order to be considered for approval by the state legislature, we must submit the results of a scientific sample survey of at least 15,000 registered vehicle owners or registrants who support the idea.

Proceeds from the sales of the License Plate will go to the Lighthouse Soccer Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation dedicated to the promotion of soccer in the state of Florida. The Foundation intends to donate a percentage of the proceeds to the Florida Youth Soccer Association and other Florida-based soccer organizations at all levels. This will provide the sport of soccer with the much needed additional funding to allow people of all ages, genders, ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds to participate.

We need your help in getting the surveys completed. Please forward this e-mail on to your leagues, club contacts, members and others who support the game of soccer in the state. The survey can be filled out on-line at www.soccerplate.com.

Your 20 years in Tampa do not = much time spent in South Florida. Cooper City is West Fort Laduerdale area.

It's like they have this radar and they are there waiting all the time. Which reminds me!

One of these FHP's was out there and he pulls over a kid for speeding.

The officer says " I've been waiting here for you ALL DAY"

The kid says, "I know, I got here as fast as I could"
