What do you guys think of tortas de Chihuahua (or Azteca depending the region you come from)?
I love them. One of my favorite dishes.

My favorite Tortas are in Ixtlan, Nayarit. They are called Tortas Augadas or something like that and Tortas de Lomo. Good Stuff!

actually tortas de Chihuahua/Azteca are not even tortas. I dont even know why they have those names so dont ask... but it looks like a Lasagna... My mom's family has been making it for ages.
