Cuales son los mejores tacos que has comido en Mexico? Mis favoritos tacos estan en las calles de Mexicali, especialmente en los ferrocarriles. Unos tacos de Borrego muuy sabrosos.

El Vikingo. Its on Taco Street in Reynosa

Las Palmas. They serve the best trompo. I usually order las gringuitas. Its on Hidalgo Ave. in Tampico

Honorable mention.

Estadio Nemesio Diez 'Bombonera. It has been a while but there use to be a vendor outside the stadium on Constituyentes Ave. who use to sell these awsome tacos. Chorizo with mash potatoe in flour tortilla.

Estadio Universitario. The vendors outside the UANL stadium sell damn good tacos

Tacos de Dioniso. small taqueria in downtown tampico. Its not really a taqueria but a vendor but he is always there. real good

the tacos stands near discos are usually always good. They always hit the spot :D

I always tell me friends, dont go to taquerias. Go to vendors. Look for the vendor that has a TV, a 3 legged dog walking around, near the red light district. you cant go wrong :D

Thats funny cause when I was underage and would go down to Mexico to party I would always hit up the taco stand guy. However, all my gringo buddies would be scared to eat their since they thought it was dog meat in the tacos. :(

3 tacos for a buck couldn't beat that.

I'm kind of scared of them either; you cannot really tell what kind of meat you are getting and the places are usually extremely dirty.

I love the tacos outside footy stadiums, specially outside Mexico68 and 'Estadio Azul'.

However, to be honest, most of the tacos taste the same for me, unless they are really bad.

La Flor De Sahuayo- Downtown Guadalajara, go there all the time, they have the greatest tacos in the world, awesome quesadillas.

But really apart from this, almost any stand on the street is awesome.

The best tacos in Mexicali right now have to be Sara's in front on La Uni (UABC). Their carne asada sopes are la bomba and their salsas excelent. Oh man, the al pastor is also so good that my mouth watering right now.

I guess Acatlan is good too, but I have not been able to find a good place to eat tacos (besides Sara's) since the fall of Ocotlan.

Overall, Mexicali's tacos are the best in Mexico. There's a reason why it holds the Guinness world record for the world's largest taco.

But in reality, nothing beats a vampiro from Culiacan's El Durango.

There's also this ones in Revolucion, the infamous 3 for 1 dollar...back when i used to party at the Revu with my friends we would eat there afterwards...everytime i came back there were fewer dogs though...lol..j/k

last time i went to guadalajara we went to several stands. our favorite was this vendor named porfis. i ate 14 until my mom stopped me. my stomach couldn't handle the tacos.

you know what happened next.

I'm kind of scared of them either; you cannot really tell what kind of meat you are getting and the places are usually extremely dirty.

i remember when my cousins first moved to the u.s. from guadalajara. one of them said the food tasted different over here, that it was kind of bland. the other said all the dirt from the stand, the cutting board, the vendor's fingernails, the dog's tongue, etc... gave it a nice flavor.

SoCal folks, have you guys ever ate tacos en La Gloria, I forge the names but a street is filled with different type of puestos de tacos, those are probably the best I've tasted de carne asada en Baja Califas.

Ya se cuales dices, he ido ahi varias veces pero se me olvida el nombre. Estan muy cerca de la delegacion V. Carranza :D

Los mejores al pastor para mi: Avenida 506 cerca del zoologico de Aragon, GA Madero, DF. un puesto ambulante.

Tambien una vez recuerdo que saliendo de un antro en la Zona Rosa fuimos a unos tacos muy cerca de las pvtas de Sullivan. Les juro que los tacos estaban bien buenos pero estoy casi seguro que era perro lo que comi.

Tacos de suadero: Un puesto que habia en Loma Dorada, Guadalajara, cerca de Ave. Rio Nilo. Ibamos casi diario cuando estaba chico y viviamos ahi.
