They don't wear cups during soccer if thats what you're talking about. My boyfriends played soccer all of his life, and they don't wear cups. That's why they cover their self when they have free kicks. And it's too hard to run w/them since there isn't anything pressing up against them, unlike in football, hockey, or baseball.

I know they don't wear cups...that would just be too restrictive and awkward with all that running. That's for baseball catchers. By "supporter" I meant "jock strap."

I don't think they are going out, but I am not really sure at all! The only reason I say no is because LD said in the finishline article that he wasn't dating!! I kinda hope he is single even though I know I would have no chance with him!! LOL! HaHaHa!

Yeah i think we all feel that way!!LOL!! But at the same time, i guess i'd be happy for him if he had a girlfriend cause if it makes him happy then i'm happy for him!!:(/:)

The whole Bianca thing started when her agent contacted L-Do's about him being her date to the premiere of "Halloween: Resurrection". He couldn't cause he had other things to do, so later on HIS agent contacted hers about the ESPY awards to make up for him missing her movie permiere. I think it was a favor returned and that no they're not dating. He seems VERY single!

Oh and my name is Krissy, I'm 17 (18 on March 3! which happens to be Landon's B-Day too!) I live in Blackhawk, CA and I love to play, watch and coach soccer. I've danced and cheered all my life, I love Britney Spears and *NSYNC and especially Blink 182! And I think Ryan Reynolds (the guy who played Van Wilder in that movie) is the HOTTEST guy ever! Well...hmmm...since we are all on at about the same time, and most of us seem to have AOL screen names, how would you feel about me getting a chat up and going once a week, just for us Big Soccer girls? It would be easier for everyone to get to know each other that way and we won't have to take up server space. Also, a chat would be more private...we'd pretty much know who was in there and be comfortable.

Let me know if y'all are interested...I'd be glad to moderate.

Jockstraps are bad protection but are at least enough restraint so that...well I think you can guess. (Sorry to all your moms watching over your shoulders!)

This reminds me of the one and only Beavis and Butthead episode I thought was hilarious...the one where they need to get jocks for PE and they go into the sporting goods store and everything is too big until they try on eye patches...and then Daria comes in and catches them and takes a photo for the school newspaper...:D

Yeah i'd have to agree on that!! It would totally suck to see him and his significant other being affectionate in front of me, but hey what can we do!! And if he's happy... but let's hope that doesn't happen any time soon!!;)

The Finish LIne store at Crossroads had ONE.

I got it today.

They probably had more in the back though.

They asked me if I was looking for a specific pair of shoes from the catalog. I just said, "no, I'm just looking for the guy on the cover." :) Then the guy was nice enough to show me where the article was.

I think I will go back and get that nice pair of Sketchers after my fall stipend comes through. I love the pair I have now, they're so comfortable and have remained so from day one!

lol... I remember watching that episode of Beavis and Butthead, one of the very few i found funny!! It did make me laugh for a while when i watched it!!... eye patches...:-D

FYI ladies and gents...Landon will be on David Letterman on both Tuesday and Wednesday nights this week. These are repeats of earlier shows from during and after the World Cup. The Tuesday night show is when the national team reads the Top Ten Ways to Get Americans Interested in Soccer, so you get to see Cobi, JOB, Jeff Agoos, Brad Friedel, and Clint Mathis as well. (The guest that night is Harrison Ford.) The Wednesday show is the one where Letterman dares the soccer players to kick soccer balls through two water towers (Gregg Berhalter and Claudio Reyna take the challenge) and Clint Mathis takes the dare to kick a ball across Broadway. LD is the second guest in studio after Will Smith. It's probably the best of the late night interviews (definitely 10 times better than Carson Daly).

Hey i was just wondering that whole issue w/ landon drinking are you sure its not a rumor. It's just hard to believe that he would go out drinking in public underage for whoever said that they saw him drink but i'm not trying to be mean so don't take it the wrong way.. Those pics w/ landon that looks like he isn't wearing anything if you got the YM magazine he says himself that in one of his games lasy year that he was taken down and his shorts went down but not all the way and he wasn't wearing any underwear lol.
