Just had to throw this in somewhere to show that the U.S. media aren't the only ones who focus on their own nation at the expense of all others:
At an intermission of a hockey game tonight, the CBC had a briefs sports update. First, a Canadian cyclist tossed out of the world championships. Then, a Canadian crashing in the cycling championships. Then the Women's World Cup, with one action highlight ... Sinclair's goal.
Then a Kids in the Hall sketch, followed by a Rush video. (OK, I'm making that up.)
CBC is great television, though.
