Word of warning... The audio stream may cut out after five minutes, due to legal obligations that the BBC has (such as with rights, and the like).
Was just listening to Scotland v Lithuania on Five Live's audio webcast stream, and that just happened to me. Not saying it's certain to happen for England v Turkey, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.
Was looking at options recommended by www.socceraudio.com earlier, and that site said that fans should try Capital Gold as well. Unfortunately, I don't have a link handy for that.

And Capital Gold is working for me. Airing Millwall v Rotherham right now; they have confirmed on air that they will air Turkey v England.
