not me. (but then, i don't practice in flats.)

indoors shoes definitely have a different feel. i used to have the problem of "different feel" when i wore sambas. but then i switched to nike air zoom control iis. they fit more tightly. the fit isn't exactly the same as my cleats, but it's a lot better. so you could try changing your flats to a pair that fits the same as your cleats.

also, don't wear your flats except to play in. walking around in them will wear them out differently than playing in them. (it's like running shoes. you're not supposed to run/jog in the same sneakers you run in because the tread wears differently.)

Indoors have a thinner exterior and so they feel like they are more to your feet as they dont have studs at them so they dont need to be as thick. where as boots have thicker exteriors so fell like they are on your foot instead of part of your foot. touch is also different as it can be affected by different things. I find this to because i have absolione astros and powerswerve boots it os different.

I dont really have a problem. But then again i use moulded boots as i feel that they are most similar to flats.

i sometimes goto the park and play around in my running shoes, I'll learn a trick in them and then not be able to do it with my cleats, it sucks

For control its the upper that matters. If you use different shoes that can be a problem. Since I started using turf and molded versions of the same shoe I have had no problems at all in changing shoes. This is one advantage inherent in screw-ins.
