I read this, knowing dude was red-carded, and totally thought it was a whole overly-harsh sending-off for questioning how Becks etc "do that thing with tape and white socks" :p

Speaking of harsh sending offs, and going EXTREMELY OT, there's an autistic kid with ADHD at the place I work who has real difficulty sitting still as he has no attention span, but the other day he was doing Football club and the coach actually booked him for messing about at circle time - the lad responded by sitting perfectly still and listening for the next minute (a real stretch for him!). Anyways, he's actually really developing his attention and behaviour since starting Footy and the lessons he learns - such simple things as having to watch the ball or it'll pass him by, well it's totally benefitting him.

Erm, he has a pair of F10.6trainers, if that makes it relevant! Really pleasing though to see how a sport we all love can benefit a young kid struggling to fit into a world he doesn't understand...

Speaking of not understanding, I never got the reaction to the .7s as they actually seemed no worse if not better (aesthetically) than the previous tunits, and the .8s are quite frankly striking on the pitch. The contrasting lines are quintessentially adidas and bring back some of the mystique from earlier pred models. There was alot of negativity about the annual redesign but for me this is par for the course. If your boots last several seasons, good for you, then it's your choice to update every season or not. And the idea that this is unfair marketing is akin to the argument that drug dealers force kids to ruin their own lives...

I'm actually liking the adipure II as well, tho the I is still class. I'm just all positive and sunshine today ain't I! Even enjoyed Goon winning (Wilshire should have had 2 England caps already!).

Shame the Preds still have that split tongue nonsence

dang but you can have your own special adipure with a tongue and colours combinations. I think there are a good amount of customization, just need more colours. :)

F50.8s on sale all over the place. For someone that's been using Predators for years, how do they size comparably? Last year I was a 9 in Preds, and in this year's model I was a 9.5 in Preds. What should I do with the F50.8's?
