i just saw a promo about this. anyone have more info? it was only about 15 sec. long, but it looked like 3 chicks and 1 guy. seems like a good alternative to sportscenter reruns times 10.

Now we can start guessing on how many shows they will do before they do their first soccer feature.
Since it mentions "lifestyles segments" and "pop culture", I'd put my money on a Beckham piece being the first soccer piece.

The ads sound like some desperate attempt to sound hip. "This is Kim ... she's wild ... (dances awkwardly) ... she's unpredictable." I'm picturing some room full of TV producers whose attention to marketing data has far outstripped their common sense ... something along the lines of the "Itchy and Scratchy and Poochie" episode of "The Simpsons."

Actually, showing my pop culture accumen (or poor taste, you decide), that is Kit from the second Road Rules--at least I think it's the second one.

holy sh--! yeah, it is. it was the very first season.
she looks a lot more hispanic, all of a sudden, but i seem to recall she a southern girl. pretty cute, too.
pretty soon, espn will go the way of mtv, and stop showing games altogether...except for bass fishing, of course.

Oh, god. That was on fX, when fX first went on air, and that was beyond bad. :confused:
But anything this new ESPN2 show does would be an improvement on the morning TV landscape, anyways. Everything's that's on now, they're all pretty much as bad as each other.
