Update: St Etienne have signed the Belgium international on a four-year deal from Ligue 1 rivals Lille, according to Sky Sports.
Analysis: Mirallas has only recently returned from Beijing, where he was part of the Belgium side who were beaten in the bronze medal match by Brazil. The 20-year-old forward has signed for an undisclosed fee after passing a medical with St Etienne.
