Ouch. I tuned in late to the match. What was the extent of Behrami's injury - did it sound/look serious? I'm still curious what's going on with Lucas Neill as well.
Come on you Irons, sort it out.

According to the club, Neill was being "rested". Maybe that's another name for a breakdown in contract negotiations. Didn't hear the commentators mention whether or not he was in stands for the match.
Behrami was subbed because of a facial injury apparently. Hope it's not serious.

There is when you need extra time to beat a team three divisions beneath you.

Not as far as I'm concerned mate, how many top clubs have been knocked out in cup games by so called 'minnow' teams in the past, us included! you can say what you like, but a 4-1 win is fine in my book.

Ah, so it was Behrami. Had been trying to work out who our "Dutch player" (according to Talksport) was
Thank god we got through that one, sounded very grim though. Start saying your prayers (or whatever) for Saturday, don't think I can bear another of these performances against Judas' boys :(

I am with Claret as well. The only worry with this match is how long it took for us to get going and start hurting them. Bowyer's goal was fairly late and and other goals were in extra time. Still, better late than never I suppose.
I was hoping before the game that we would see some youngsters given a chance and I think they all justified their places. Both Reid and Hines were both mentioned alot and also Sears seemed lively before he was taken off. I think they are all quite a way off being the finished article but if they are in form then I can't see why they shouldn't be picked ahead of the injured and out of form.
Ince will be rubbing his hands together right now. He will know that we are off form and an early goal or two could kill the game off.

I'll go with Stomper then. Not because he's right; though he's seldom wrong, but I don't like seeing a one sided fight and he gets enough of that at home: what with the kids and his missus ganging up on him when he speaks with his mouth full. :D
