Good thread. Hard choice. Nobody really stood out for the entire 90 mins. Great goal from Deco. However, below par perfomances all round with the out field players. Cech made certain we got all the points. . .So the bloke with the timmy helmet gets my vote.

Voted for Bosingwa.

Cech had a pretty simple game really. Never had to do too much besides a couple of solid saves.

But I felt that Bosingwa was very solid, not one pass went astray with him.

Cech made sure the one goal was enough. He really dominated his area in this game out claiming crosses and punching the ball he looked very confident.

They are my two favorite players at Chelsea, but neither played well at all. Boswinga and Cech were the only players that came to play IMO.

gotta say cech.

i think the match would have been completely different had cole and bos stayed back, occasionally. i like the runs up the wing, but bosingwa was hellbent on getting up there. made me worry a bit.

so, yeah, cech. for actually doing his job well. essien and ballack were hurt.
