You are correct, and as a matter of fact, they are currently proposing it to be in the next olympic games. So lets cross our fingers and hope this will come true.

The Olympics has a cap on the number of participants (10,000 athletes, i think), so it's hard for new sports to get in. A better bet would be the World Games or the Universiade.

Futsal has way more than that...FIFA's website has the statistic of total officially registered player...

I think you read that wrong.
Only 10,000 athletes can be involved in the Olympics. That number might make it hard for futsal and beach soccer to get in, so those other two events might be another option for beach soccer and futsal.
