All right it is our time to show last week was no fluke. What better team to prove this against than Hull.

I have never seen the 2 teams play against each other so this will be a unique experience for me. Anyone else see them play before ?

I see a serious spanking for Hull but they look rather impressive against FFC. Should not matter because it is Rovers and it is at Home.

I sure hope I hear the fans screaming for us instead of not. I know they will because IT IS ROVERS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kind of an odd one to predict. It ought to be an absolute trouncing for the newbies, but they looked pretty decent against an admittedly awful Fulham side, and despite dominating much of the game, the 2 goals against us last week were a little worrying.

I'm feeling optimistic though. 3-0 to the good guys. Orange sucks anyway. :D

ouch 1 minute later we give up the header.

1 -1

We are owning possession but Hull making there only chance of the match really.

Full time.

At home I had hoped for a better result. No lose at least but no win and giving up the gol 1 minute after we scored is tough.

We owned possession but could not finish the shots.

We sure seemed to have the off side traps.

I would like to know the status of Dunny , it hurt not having him out there.

Man I really wish I could get more Rover games out here in Hawaii. I was so happy that the first game that FSC played was the Rovers but that just spoiled me. But any rate lets hope we can keep up in the top 4 like we are right now:D

for some reason we never got going on saturday. dont know why but maybe it was down to the internationals in mid week. but i have to give credit to hull who had a game plan and it worked. stopped us from playing for most of the match and could even have won the game. alright we did not play well but i would have settled for 4 points from 2 matches.

Who are you? You've been a member for two years, and you're a Rovers fan, but I've never seen you on here before. What's the story, morning glory?

Really? A home draw with Hull? Really?

Yuck. This kind of insane inconsistency is for Fulham fans.

It's the same old balls, innit? Remember when we lost to Watford a couple of seasons ago, when they lost to no one but us? We essentially gave points up to everyone else in the league when that happened.

Yeah, credit to Hull. They came with a plan to stop us playing and worked their arses off to make sure they did it. They were a lot better than I thought they'd be, and possibly our players did too. I never like playing new teams in the first few games, they're still running off adrenaline. Play them in November after they've had a few kickings, lost a couple of players, the weather's shit and they're starting to get depressed about their chances of staying up.

They were lucky to get that goal, baaaaaaaad defending, straight after we scored. I think it'd have been a walkover in the second half if they'd have had to chase the game.

As good as Hull were I was still very disappointed not to be able to pick their defense apart more often. Early days though, things like this always happen at the start of the season. Looking at everyone elses results cheered me up no-end. Bents must be loving it.

Still, I'm happy with 4 points from those two games. Just came the wrong way round.

Remember when we were top of the league in 03-04 because we thrashed Wolves on the opening day of the season. Ah, memories!

That was a good day, Emerton's debut etc.

The problem for Wolves was they tried to play football, Hull didn't. They tried not to lose. LIke I said, we should have been good enough to pick them apart.

I have made a couple of passing comments but not many. It is hard to get detailed info on soccer out here so I don't often have anything to bring to the table.
