This was, of course, a fix you realise.
They're almost out of existance because of financial problems-so, what better way to make a fast buck than to get drawn away to the most talked about team all summer.
:p

Lets just make sure they don't get any more financial help - I don't want to see a replay! ;)

Can you say "B team"? Have to believe it's all subs for this one. In fact, it should be that way for the whole competition. Man United and the Arse don't play anyone in this competition and we shouldn't either.

I dare say our "B" team would finish mid table in the league though.
Lets see here...
.......................Sullivan......................
Melchiot........Huth.......Di Cesare....Babayaro
Gronkjaer.........Keenan.....J Cole......Stanic
........Gudjohnson...........Oliveria................

Dont know if Claudio will field a B team. He has stated several times that he wants Chelsea to win every time wether its the league, Champs Lge, or one of the Cups. Of course, we all expect managers to make those statements.
Would not be suprised to see
Sullivan, Huth, Baba, Melchiot, Cole, Stanic, Guddy and Oliviera play
could also see DiCesare and Keenan
looks like Clan has a good lineup

We've got a big squad and need some of these guys to get games. What better place than the Carling cup? I mean, honestly, who cares? (Well, Leister, Blackburn, Spurs and all the other teams who view it as a backdoor into the Uefa Cup do, but not the teams who are concerned with Champions Cup). And yes, I think our B team could well get to the semis in this competition, if not win it outright.
