I just want everyones opinion on this matter, and also believe which ever province that has the most victories at nationals should be given control of the csa for a 4 year period.

Right now, it's Ontario.
BC traditionally and Québec in the last 5-6 years have been on the map, with a sprinkling from other provinces.

I agree it was probably BC in the past but right now it's ontario, de guzman and his younger brother and de rosario

Nah, that system made him what he was, the way pro scouting is now, they can tell at an early age if a player has it or not.
