ESPN own the rights to Russia - Netherlands which they are showing in Brazil; England - Czech Republic for their Central/South American service and the Colombia - Ecuador game being played in New York. Look for possible additions to espn360.com.

Surprisingly, no games scheduled on Setanta in the US (regular or premium) except for the Under-21 Friendly on Tuesday at 1:30pm between England and Slovenia.

As far as ESPN360 games, do you know that they have US broadband rights for the games you have mentioned? If not, that may be why the games are not on the ESPN360 schedule. I'm personally hoping that the Netherlands-Russia match will be added.

As for Setanta, if they are not showing any friendlies, they should put down the names of some of the games they would like to show on their website (right below the listing about them showing 2 games a week of Le Championnat), and tell people they are currently "negotiating" to get the games.

Maybe try SopCast or one of the other P2P programs? I mean, I found early round coverage of the Romanian Cup last December, so I'd imagine you could find a Portugal match.
