Looking for Soccer Correspondent!

For a study I am looking for soccer correspondents in the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy and France etc. As I live in the Netherland can anybody tell me how I can be in touch with people who will be participate? (appr. 4 hours a week job).

Are there specific website where I can do an call?
