Please tell me this is an unsubstantiated rumour:

Asmir in a recent interview for a Bosnian news paper stated that he would accept a call up from Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team coach Ciro Blazevic.
The Great Canadian Exodus set to continue? Will Edgar look to play for England, if given the chance?

No source.
If he really wanted to play for Bosnia-Herzegovina, would he have played for Canada at the U20s?
Can he even play for B-H having played for Canada already?

Pretty sure he can if the match wasn't a senior A international. I.e. a World Cup qualifier, Gold Cup etc

I always thought that since he had played in a full fledged youth tournament he was capped tied to Canada, but he had a choice to switch before he turned 21. Since he is now over 21 I thought he has no choice but to play for Canada, something smells fishy to me.

That comment has been on his wiki page for a while. I think he was just being diplomatic to the Bosnian media. In any event, it's too late now. He's fully cap-tied to Canada having play for us at the U20 World Cup and having reached the age of 21.
