Congratulations Leverkusen, you fully deserved that victory outplaying us over 90 minutes.

That said, conceding two goals so quickly after going up 3-0 is a sign of your raw and underdeveloped team. The potential and talent is there as hacke said but you just need to add consistency to that and make sure none of your players (Augusto, Vidal, Adler) leave.

Good luck the rest of the way.

:)

This team is just too talented to play in the UEFA, it's steaming with quality players.
Rudi Voller has done a great job.

Let's say over 70 minutes. ;) Nevertheless, impressive performance from Bruno's guys tonight. Congrats on reaching the Cup semi-final!

Btw: Leverkusen finally managed to get rid of the Bayern & Düsseldorf trauma. ;)

It was a Cup match. Cup matches are special. I believe that "Bayern Jinx" stands until they beat Bayern in the Bundesliga.

I have to ask. Am I the only one who believes Adler calling out his teammates in Hannover is what truly sparked this performance???

yeah, they did..no Düsseldorf trauma.

the game was dramatic...i was in the stadium...
Bayern against my second favorite team Leverkusen...
was surely heart game for me..

Leverkusen played fantastic...Rudi celebrated like wild..

I´m only worried about Klinsi..hope he will not get troubles.....

Your Bruno is doing great job in Leverkusen..well it is young team..they can reach a lot..

Bayern needs to concentrate on Bundesliga and Champions league...

actually i wished this game for Finale..the game would be better for DFB Finale....it was very interesting game...even Finale-game perfect...it is pity that both teams meet already in quarter-finale..

now I root of course that Leverkusen win the DFB Pokal..these young guyes deserved it..

It's not like they have much choice now, is it? ;)

ach, Bremen fan...you also played well yesterday..

who knows maybe Leverkusen met Bremen in Finale or semi-finale...

but your game was also good..

A final against Leverkusen would be great indeed, two attacking teams going for it on neutral ground. Or against HSV, because of the age-old rivarly. As long as we make it to the final, I'd be happy with any team really. We really need to reach the final, because it likely is the only way for us to play in Europe next season.

Yeah, it was a good game, some excellent matches yesterday indeed, 13 goals in two matches, great football. I like the Pokal. :)

Same old Bayer. Puts Bayern out of the Pokal in one match and can't beat 10-man Bochum the next.

I guess I'll wait to see how Bayer plays in the Bundesliga the match day before the Cup semi-final before I put my bet down.

If Leverkusen lose to Mainz, you guys will officially lose all respect from me. In fact, I will be completely disgusted by your consistency and weak mentality. I'm confident to see you in the final though.

If Leverkusen wins their Bundesliga match before the Cup Semi-Final, put your money on Mainz!! :D ;)

Why not?

He's been very inactive for quite awhile. That's the only question.
