A lot of us over here are still miffed that he gets coverage in media despite what he did to Canadian soccer fans.
Most recently, he has come under fire from Oliver Kahn over his recent play.
What are your opinions on Owen?

I think he is very talented at his age but a little inconsistent.
He will leave us soon though as he's trying his hardest at being an "englishman" and play in the EPL.
I started to not like his character after he was pushing for a move to England a while back when he owes this club a lot more than the few years he's given us. Bayern practically picked him out of obscurity when he was still a Canadian.

He has been playing very well for England in recent times, and has been pushing for a starting place. He probably will leave for the EPL soon, as it will improve his chances of playing first-team for England.

Can you blame him for wanting to play for England over Canada? He will be hardpressed to find a spot in England's starting midfield, but I do think he will be in the EPL soon.
