Does anyone know if the Champions League qualifiers against ZTE Zalaegerszeg are on TV in the US?

No for the first one. Probably no for the second as well. If I see it anywhere I will post again.

Does that mean that ESPN does not hold the right to the CL qualifiers or that they didn't have time to change their programming?

They hold the rights to the Champions League in the USA. They usually don't start showing any of the matches until the Group Stages, and even then only one a week. The bastards won't resell any of the rights to the games they don't want to show either. Jammy bastards...

No chances of FSW at all for the home leg? I remember a few years ago when FSW showed the Parma-Rangers game at Ibrox. Wonder if they'll do the same this time around for either the Man United, Celtic, or Newcastle United home legs.

Qualifying rights are usually seperate. BBC has the rights for qualifying, but ITV has the Champions League.
