If a tree falls in the woods and there are 8 cameras shooting it, Marcelo's got a view of it from the press box, a monitor showing him replays of it falling, another "analyst" next to him talking to him about the felling of the tree, and a producer in his ear relaying important bits of information about the tree, does Balboa realize the tree fell?

"Well, see, the thing is about trees falling: it can be dangerous. You have to say to yourself, 'Look, a tree is falling. That could hurt.' Get out of the way, this is a tree we're talking about. Now, look, one way or another that tree is going to fall. Could be now, could be in 10 minutes, it could even be in two years. But it's gonna fall. And you don't want to be in the way of a falling tree."

This man is an embarrassment - not just to U.S Soccer, not just to the sport of soccer as a whole, not to the idea of sports commentary, but to humanity.

How this half-evolved chimp is still employed is beyond me. I used to find it comical, another feather in the cap of our growing Idiocracy (brought to you by Carl's Jr), but he is simply infuriating. Chad McCarthy? Really? You can't remember 18 names?

Step into my office, 'Celo, cause you're ********ing fired.
