I read somewhere that Gullitt had put his house up for sale. That was a clear indication that he was either leaving or knew he was getting the axe.
Now Lalas getting fired was out of left field considering that he was AEG's sock puppet for years. Many he no longer was useful to them and he was discarded like a paper cup.

Who do we thank for this? If anybody gives Lalas another job they should be institutionalized ASAP.

I still don't understand how Lalas ws even around for this year. This is really no shock at all.
