I'm hoping against all hope we roll Wigan 2-0.

Starting XI:

Green
Neill
Upson
Davenport
McCartney
Behrami
Noble
Parker
Etherington
Cole
Ashton

We'll most likely be without Anton in the back. Where's Tomkins by the way - haven't heard anything on him lately? The midfield seems relatively sound after Villarreal - possibly shuffle Faubert or Mullins in, leave Boa Morte out. Would be nice to have Freddie get a run out up front, but I'm sure Curbs will stick with Cole after the goal on Saturday.

Is this the starting thread?
If it is shouldn't the starter have more experience. How can he start when he hasn't paid his dues yet?

Not me. My cojones are way too small. It has to be God or the other one.

Norway was the one who had the divine lightning experience. I think this is a sign that he is the sent one.

If we are bringing religion into this then count me out.

we should extort a sheffield united supporter to do it. then at least we can make fun of them when the inevitable (results and injuries) piles up.
