Fletch didn't even get the touch before the OG!

It was his goal.

In spirit, sure, but show me a clip where he got the touch that sent it over the line...
it could even be argued that the first deflection of his touch guided it into the net.

Are you saying that the official Premier League site, both official club sites, the rest of the media, the official fantasy game and the bookies are all wrong?

I am not the: the official Premier League site, both official club sites, the rest of the media, the official fantasy game or the bookies, innit.
I think the dubious goals panel will amend the decision, by the way.

I think you are failing to see things in the proper light.
50Euro, Motterman convene a meeting of FUCOF FFS and at the top of the list of things to do, discuss appropriate punishment for DS.
I mean FFS, its not like he's an attacking mid or likely to start 25 games this season. He works hard, give him the bloody goal, at least until it is overturned damnit!

Regardless of whether you despise or love Fletch, its a bit disturbing his goal tally is leading United at this juncture.

Any chance you could add in the circumstances in which penalties were awarded/won when we score from one in the 'how the goals were scored' section? I'd find it just as useful as the info on who passed to the goalscorer in a goal from open play as far as jogging the memory as to the circumstances of a goal goes.
Also a description of own goals?

Ha! Me? Make life diffiuclt for you? Pah.
On the penalties, I often find the reward of one being more of a trigger for remembering it than the actual PK itself unless someone audaciously chips it in or hammers it in off the underside off the bar etc.

Dunno, all I can guess is that they weren't accessed for while so possibly the hosting site took 'em down. Had to reset my laptop to factory settings about 3 months ago after picking up a virus and was looking for 'em then as I no longer had them saved after that. Noticed they were gone then when I went to them to save it again.
I since cleared all of my pm's when my premium membership ran out too so don't even have bits of them in my pm box anymore. Completely gone for me. :(
I'll bump it, putting out a lost chronicles appeal in case anyone saved it.

Actually I'm the least dramatic person I know and usually get comments asking why I never seem to be excited about much. Think it's a nice way of people saying I'm a boring ********er although naturally I prefer 'steady eddie' or some other sort of euphomism.
Yeah, those fixes will do nicely, ta.

You are the quiet guy people have to look out for. (Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, Ed Geine, John Wilkes Booth)

Ronaldo supplying is no suprise. He was doing that plenty the last two seasons, just now guys are finishing when he does.
