Wrong thread Joel. Though really is there a wrong thread to discuss Liverpool's misery?

How many goals has Berba's lack of a left foot cost him this season?

By my count, it's 4 already.

I wish our midfield was more productive.

In fact, the only non-forward who is pulling his goalscoring weight per position is Vida. Evra should score more, Rio also and all of our midfield should do much better in this depo, especially considering the formation switch.

What about Nani?

At 6 goals, he's got more than Giggs and Park combined. Not saying he's a better player, but he does score often, it seems.

It's cause he's Italian. If he was from Scotland he would not get credit.

So Ronaldo is having his 3rd 20+ goal season, with 6 assists as well (not counting WCC), hmmmmmmmmm.

Definitely, speicially when you consider most stars get worn out by 3rd season, include anybody Messi, Kaka, Ronaldino, two good seasons together at the most.
Infact Kaka is still living on his excellent CL season two years ago (CL season, he was average in the league).

Shows you what kind of season we're having, tbh. Disjointed, scrappy goals, really not anything fluid. Still nice to see him get it on number 600.

Classy finish from Carrick, finally someone had the composure.
Giggs is probably the worst one on one attacker we have.

It's funny that the cool finish came from Carrick...not really someone known for his finishing skills.

Finally this season, he is occasionally making those runs forward and taking those shots.. Nice to see that..

Just a heads up. The heading of Macheda sais he scored with his left foot, but in the description sais he scored with his right...

If I didn't watch one utd match all year and saw this in effing later April. I would think we are struggling for a top 4 spot

Well to be honest, I think it's' the individual skill of our players this season, moreso than any team fluidity, that's keeping us where we are. A bunch of 1-0s anchored by our defense, occasional flashes of brilliance like yesterday's first half - it's been a strange season, and yet we still could end up with a good haul of silverware.
