Update: Shorey finds himself back playing Premier League soccer as he has finalized a move to join Astob Villa according to The Press Association.
Analysis: With the injury of Wilfred Bouma, Villa was desperate to make a move for a defender. Shorey will at worst create competition, and at best will help bolster an iffy Villa defense.
