Back to football. Ivan Saenko is gone. He went to Spartak Moscow for 3.2M Euros according to this Kicker report. (http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/2bundesliga/startseite/artikel/381681/)

Bad news: Defender Andy Wolf (I know his wife) got seriously injured (Kreuzbandriss) during the 2:1 home win against Augsburg and is supposed to be out for 6 months.

@ Pichi

How does it come you're a FCN sympathizer?

Btw: Betis is cool! :-))

Yep. Torn ACL. I wish him all the best. This injury will make FCN's quest for promotion that much harder.

FCN lost 2-1 in Kaiserslautern tonight.

WTF?!

Lars Jacobsen, who got released by Nurnberg in June, is on the verge of signing for Everton.

Anyone watch him a lot? From whenever I saw him, I thought he was a good player who was tenacious. Injury prone though. But for free I would take him.

I'd go with your opinion.

I just watched the FCK v. FCN match from last night again.

And I'm wondering why TvH is playing the offense he is when he has no freakin' wingers out there.

That 4-3-3 TvH put out there last night was stupid as hell. He needs to realize that Saenko is gone. He has no true f#cking wingers.

I think he should be playing a 4-4-2 with Mintal playing behind the strikers, who at this point, I think should be Vittek and Eigler.

I understand that there are a few new players and the team needs to gel. However, I think they should be doing better than they are.

And if this keeps up, I'll gladly "half-bow" to Uwe on TvH not being the right guy and predict TvH will be the first coach fired with Meyer at least being offered the job again.

I won't "bow" on FCN needing to make that coaching change last season. I still believe they did the right thing and after reading what Misimovic said, I realize FCN most likely would have been relegated with either coach.

But let's see if TvH gets his head out of ass and plays the 4-4-2 with Mintal behind the strikers.

And on top of all that, there is talk at "kicker" that Vittek may be sold before the transfer window closes.

Story in German here. (http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/2bundesliga/startseite/artikel/382274/)

What the hell is going on at FCN?? Is that clown Roth interfering again??

No comment from me, Keith (especially, since I haven't seen the game).

We'll see what happens. Important is that Fürth is ahead of Nürnberg in the table! :p ;)

Obviously I've got an Aussie angle here- but how about using Dario Vidosic on the right wing- why not give the kid a go?

Spiranovic was immense for Australia in the Olympic tournament- is he getting a jersey at the moment?

He used to play a bit under Meyer, I'm not so sure how von Hessen views him.

Take a look sometime Uwe. You know I had to see something bad to get me to doubt von Heesen this quickly.......

From your point of view of course! LOL!!

Well, it looks like I may have been right!

This story says that von Heesen and manager Bader want to buy some defensive help because of Andy Wolf's knee injury and that f#cking clown Roth is saying "No" because FCN's roster is "expensive enough."

I knew if something was wrong, that f#cking SOB Roth had to be interfering again.

That's what I am thinking.......

Don't know. How I told you, he's facing a lot of pressure this season. I think we know what a loose cannon Michaela Roth can be, so all is possible (maybe it also depends on whether Roth can afford another pay-off:-)...

About TvH's claim to buy a new defender: Abardonado & Spiranovic should be good enough in my eyes (both have proved that in the 1st league).

Btw: It's so funny to see TvH doubting Breska's quality. Who signed that player and plays him as a RB now, although he's a striker?

But well, I don't like to make any comments on Roth, Bader & TvH ... so this was my last statement about this topic.

And it's just like Roth to "handcuff" his own people...... It's exactly why Magath quit back when he did.

I don't agree. I think Spiranovic did well in stretches. I don't see where Abardonado proved anything in the Bundesliga. I thought he was crap last season and I think he is crap now. And if you'd seen Abardonado in Kaiserlautern, you'd agree with me.

Btw: It's so funny to see TvH doubting Breska's quality. Who signed that player and plays him as a RB now, although he's a striker?

TvH is managing like he's lost his f#cking mind. He's going with "his guys" instead of the true players on this team.

How the hell could he not play Englehardt and Mintal when they are available??

But well, I don't like to make any comments on Roth, Bader & TvH ... so this was my last statement about this topic.

Well believe me Uwe, I won't be afraid to come here and admit I was wrong about TvH being the right man for FCN if he doesn't get his head out of his f#cking ass anytime soon.

I remember a few very good performances from him (i.e. against Bayern, Frankfurt, Wolfsburg etc.). Didn't he even get the fans' darling?
