Congrats Hamburg. Wasn't expecting this. Coming down from 0:2!!

Maybe I should have watched. Serves me right.

Let's just hope HSV won't have to play Bremen in the quarters.

Awesome result! Congrats Hamburg!

Hope you don't get drawn against Bremen.

I think both German clubs have to be favorites now with Udinese.

And another sunday shot by Guerrero 2-2.

Thatīs football, the guy was the worst player on the pitch for 60 minutes
and then he starts a firework.
cause he isn't a winger, he's too slow for that

Bloody Uefa Cup, we'll probably miss out on CL qualification because of this competition everyone loves to get eliminated from.

Well ... those teams who don't like this competition, shouldn't start then and gift the UEFA-Cup spot to those who like it. :-)

Really good idea, but unfortunately it's not legal.

The UEFA Cup Final will be held in Istanbul on 20 May.

Remember, this is the final "UEFA Cup" as we know it. Next season, this competition will be revamped and re-named the "UEFA Euro League."

Ironically, they will play for the same trophy.........

Does anyone know how to possibly get tickets for the April 9th leg in Hamburg? Maybe this isn't the right place, so please let me know if I should ask anywhere else.

Congrats on this impressive comeback after the early 0:1 shock against Man City!

As HSV is pretty strong on the road in Europe, the UEFA-Cup semi-final is absolutely realistic now (although it's surely gonna be touch in Manchester next week)...

Well played, HSV totally deserved to win this one. The team should have scored one or two more goals really, but the result isn't bad at all. Good luck for the return leg.

Congrats on reaching the first international semi-final since 1983!

Your guys were lucky not to concede the 3:1 in a period of ca. 10 minutes after the 2:1 (when the defence got in serious trouble), otherwise you had control of the game (especially when Dunne got sent off). And let's not forget that both City goals were irregular (never a pk and clear offside before the 2nd goal)...

Here's the "Kicker" match report:

Should be 2 interesting semi-final "north duels" against Werder...;)
