Was just wondering if you guys think he will have the same level of production this year? I currently have him as the captain of my fantasy football team. Thanks in advance.

No. He had such a good year last year because van Persie was injured. As long as they're both healthy, they will have average years. If one of them gets injured, then look for the other to have a big year.

I think Ade will have another big year regardless if RVP is healthy all year or not. Espescially if he keeps growing out the fro!!:D

he'll be fine this season...will he score 30 again prob not...but i think he'll produce, you could see there was hunger to score the other day and thats half of scoring goals is about...the desire which i think he has...

He's gotta break at the very least 15 league goals this season or he will look like a fool. And I think you can count on him for at least that, at this stage of his career.

I've already forgiven him for saying he wants out. now he says he wants to stay, and it seems the naysayers in the press have to eat their words i hope the team can pull together and show that we still mean business in the premier league.

Did he sign that extension yet, or is that just a report?

after reading an article on C. Ronaldo today, i am even more angry with adebayor.
Cronaldo came and flat out said, he wanted to play for madrid, and perhaps he WAS influenced by all the money being thrown at him, but , in the end, he has to respect his contract and haven spoken with fergie he will now stay and play his all.
Much better response to his saga, as opposed to adebayors "i was in africa and my cell phone was off" excuse....
all in all, as long as he repeats his performance from last season, everything should be forgotten, but if he doesnt, he'll more than likely look like an ass.

are you new to this. This will continue every summer until he turns 30, Wenger sells hims for a fortune and we move on.
adebayor is no different than Vieira and Henry with these transfer dealings, unfortunately, he's not as good as they were.

Not yet. But he put up some Henry like numbers last year.
I really don't hold a grudge because the guy wanted more money. If he's on 60k a week now, that's still a bargain.

i never, ever thought it was a big deal (the offseason).
some people on here wanted him damn near dead for it.
and he is definitely more than a player that just scores goals.
sidwell made 60K i think... lol

Is 80,000 a week still a bargin??? It might be i guess we'll have to wait and see...but it seems thats what we're payin him...
